⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “My daughter brought over a seafood boil from High Tide for family dinner, and I was seriously impressed. The shrimp were huge, the snow crab clusters were bigger than I expected, and everything was full of flavor. It was plenty of food to go around and made for an awesome family meal."

How to Boil Your High Tide Boil Company Pot:

Store properly.

Keep the pot in the refrigerator until you’re ready to cook.

Prepare the seafood.

When ready to cook, remove the bagged seafood, seasonings, and lemons from the pot.

Place the bagged seafood in a bowl and keep it in the fridge until it’s time to add it.

Add liquid to the pot.

Pour 2 cups of liquid (water, beer, or wine) into a Low Tide pot.

Pour 2 ½ cups of liquid into a High Tide pot.

Cover with the lid.

Bring to a boil.

Place the pot on your largest burner.

Heat until the liquid comes to a rolling boil.

First boil.

Let the pot boil for 20 minutes with the lid on.

Add seafood & seasoning.

Carefully remove the lid (watch out—steam will be HOT!).

Open the seafood bag and add the contents to the pot along with the seasoning.

Second boil.

Boil for 7 minutes.

If the shrimp aren’t fully pink, stir & continue boiling. Check every few minutes.

Finish & serve.

Turn off the burner.

Carefully remove the lid (again, HOT steam).

Drain the liquid, then serve family-style with lemon, butter, & extra seasoning to taste.
